Photo Makers Invites ("the Service") is the platform where Photo Makers delivers the digital invitation you commissioned. Photo Makers designs and publishes the invitation; as the host you receive an account to view it and to use the guest tools — inviting guests, RSVPs, photo album, guest book, entry-pass QR codes, check-in and table assignments. By using the account we create for you, you accept these terms.
The scope, price and delivery date of each invitation are agreed directly with Photo Makers. Premium features (AI designs, watermark removal, full-quality album downloads) are activated per event with a one-time access code provided by Photo Makers. Codes are single-use and non-transferable once redeemed. Changes to a published invitation are made by Photo Makers at the host’s request.
You are responsible for the event details, photos and text you provide to us or upload to your album, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We may remove content that is illegal or abusive. Events are frozen as keepsakes some days after the event date; the invitation, album and guest book remain viewable.
AI images are generated for your specific event and cannot be reused on other events. Free samples carry a watermark and are visible only to the host.
The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available, but we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party service outages (maps, video, messaging).

Photo Makers Invites ("el Servicio") es la plataforma donde Photo Makers entrega la invitación digital que contrataste. Photo Makers diseña y publica la invitación; tú, como anfitrión, recibes una cuenta para verla y usar las herramientas para invitados: invitar, confirmaciones, álbum de fotos, libro de firmas, pases con código QR, check-in y asignación de mesas. Al usar la cuenta que creamos para ti, aceptas estos términos.
El alcance, el precio y la fecha de entrega de cada invitación se acuerdan directamente con Photo Makers. Las funciones Premium (diseños con IA, sin marca de agua, descargas del álbum en alta calidad) se activan por evento con un código de acceso de un solo uso proporcionado por Photo Makers. Los códigos no son transferibles una vez canjeados. Los cambios a una invitación publicada los hace Photo Makers a petición del anfitrión.
Eres responsable de los datos del evento, las fotos y los textos que nos proporciones o subas a tu álbum, y confirmas que tienes derecho a usarlos. Podemos retirar contenido ilegal o abusivo. Los eventos se congelan como recuerdo días después de la fecha; la invitación, el álbum y las firmas siguen visibles.
Las imágenes de IA se generan para tu evento específico y no pueden reutilizarse en otros eventos. Las muestras gratis llevan marca de agua y solo las ve el anfitrión.
El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual". Hacemos lo posible por mantenerlo disponible, pero no somos responsables de daños indirectos, pérdida de datos o fallas de servicios de terceros (mapas, video, mensajería).
